Installing attic insulation is a task that you should leave for professionals like us. Your attic may have certain conditions, including but not limited to rotting attic rafters, minimal attic ventilation, rodent infestation, and hazardous material, making the job dangerous for yourself.
Our experienced insulation professionals will carry out diligent and efficient work to make sure the job is done on time and within your budget so you and your family can enjoy a consistent, comfortable temperature throughout the year.
There are two main types of insulation that we install in attics – loose-fill and batt (sometimes called roll). Loose-fill insulation is usually less expensive to install than batt insulation, and provides better coverage when installed properly. Batt insulation is better for areas without a lot of pipes, wires, or other obstructions because these interruptions in the wall require cutting the insulation to fit around them. This can cause gaps in the insulation which negatively affect its ability to insulate the surface from the air.
We will help you decide which type of insulation will be best for your home and your attic.
